09 spring - holly, kim and katie p.
types of reactions
So this year of our fellowship was focused on Professional Learning Communities and did not provide an opportunity for us to work further on our lesson studies. However, each of us had taught our lesson previous to the spring meeting. The revisions we made seemed to make a big difference. In particular we seemed to prevent the unintentional patterns that had been created in the previous renditions. Holly brought copies of her students’ final Tri-Mind assessment done after the lesson study. The students had done a fantastic job. Overall we feel like this had been a very successful collaboration. In some respects though, it was disappointing to only have one real summer to “study” our lesson.
