08 spring - holly, kim and katie p.
types of reactions
This meeting continued the theme of DI and introduced the “Know, Understand, Do” (KUD) objectives. We used these to frame the objectives for our lesson study. This made us really think about our objectives and what we wanted from our students, as well as determine if it was a process or knowledge skill that was important. Our general lesson already had these in mind, but explicitly stating them helped us to remember why we had done this lesson in the first place.
